Falconer, a group show by 011668, Riccardo D’Avola-Corte, Ben Sang, and FITNESSS, was on at Bonneville Speedway, Bonneville Salt Flats, Utah, on January 23.

With an anthropomorphic sculpture hunched among foggy salt flats, this figure made of consumer debris evokes mystic imaginaries that persist in our technological age. As alluded to in the exhibition text, the work draws analogues between “the looking glass, seer stone, oracle’s hood, 12MP 1/2.3-inch CMOS sensor, and pixel field window.”**
